Following rigorous peer review, the following 23 full papers have been accepted for COSIT'11.

The three keynote speakers for COSIT'11 are confirmed as follows: 

• Ernest Davis, Dept. of Computer Science, New York University (Paper available at http://www.cs.nyu.edu/faculty/davise/papers/cosit.pdf)
• Nora Newcombe, Professor of Psychology at Temple University, PI of the Spatial Intelligence and Learning Center (SILC)
• Thomas Wolbers, Senior Lecturer, Centre for Cognitive and Neural Systems, University of Edinburgh

The shortlist for the best paper award has been announced. These three papers were selected based on their reviews. For the final selection of the winner, the paper presentation at COSIT itself will play a key role. The shortlisted papers are:
