The terms and conditions for COSIT registration and accommodation booking are as follows.
Terms and conditions
- Registration is compulsory for every delegate, including speakers, presenters, panelists and those chairing or attending a session.
- Registrations and bookings of accommodation must be accompanied by full payment and all relevant documents and information. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed.
- Registration confirmations will be sent in instances where an email address has been provided, after the registration has been processed.
- A receipt for all amounts paid will be issued when you check in on site.
- Cancellation and substitution policies: Cancellation of a registration or accommodation booking must be notified in writing to the Conference Management. Cancellations prior to Friday 17 August 2007 will receive a full refund less AU$ 110 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellation after Friday 17 August 2007, however substitutions will be possible.
Special conditions for the authors of papers apply. The success of COSIT'07 relies on the presence of the paper authors. At least one of the authors of an accepted paper has to register for the conference and to book accommodation for two nights minimum within the Early Bird registration period (i.e., by 22 June 2007) to ensure the inclusion of their paper in the volume of conference proceedings. To guarantee the presentation of each accepted paper, cancellations of these registrations are not possible, but substitutions will be accepted at any time. |
