The COSIT'09 conference committee invites proposals for specialised tutorials. We plan to offer to conference attendees a stimulating and informative selection of tutorials reflecting current topics on emerging issues related to spatial information theory. These tutorials will be presented by subject matter experts and will reflect the high academic and research standards of the COSIT series of conference. We encourage submissions of tutorial proposal on all topics in the general areas geographic and environmental scales in which humans make decisions and carry out actions, especially tutorials bridging these areas, or presenting new perspectives in these areas. Proposals will be considered for half-day and full-day tutorials.
Tutorials proposals should submitted by electronic mail to Christophe Claramunt (
