COSIT 2013 Call for Proposals

The COSIT steering committee is soliciting proposals to host COSIT 2013. Following the 2011 COSIT held in Belfast, Maine, the meeting in 2013 is expected to be held outside North America. Bidders should submit a proposal that has sufficient detail in order to assess the suitability to hold a meeting in the spirit of past COSITs. It should comprise approximately 2 pages and include: the team of proposed general chair(s), PC chair(s), and possibly a communication chair, sponsorship chair candidates for chairing (1) the workshops and tutorials and (2) the doctoral colloquium team available to help with local arrangements (staff, graduate students, post-docs) the venue (facilities, infrastructure, transportation, lodging with anticipated cost) tentative dates anticipated registration fees and ideally an outline budget Submit proposals as an attached PDF to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it by October 31, 2011 November 19 2011.
