Unless authors instruct us otherwise, accepted papers will appear on a workshop proceedings-CD, that will be distributed at the workshop.  Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit a revised and extended version to a special issue of the Elsevier journal Computers, Environment, and Urban Systems. CEUS is noted for its interdisciplinary readership across spatial information theory and applications.
